RAW VEGAN EASTER EGGS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
200 grams of cashew nuts
200 grams of walnuts
1 cup of medjool dates
1/2 cup of honey
1 or 2 teaspoons turmeric powder

For the yellow part of eggs:
mix a few teaspoons of honey and ground cashews and 1/2 cup of  medjool dates (peeled and cleaned); (cashews grind in the coffee mill). Add 1 or 2 teaspoon turmeric powder.
Put plastic bags on your hands and make little yellow balls.

For the white part of the egg:
mix a few teaspoons of honey and cashews and 1/2 cup of medjool dates (peeled and cleaned). Cashews grind in coffee mill).
Grind walnuts in food processor. Second type of eggs: Mix a teaspoon of honey and grind walnuts.
Mix and put plastic bags on your hands and  make eggs.

In the middle, with teaspoon, put the yellow part of the egg.

For the chocolate sauce (eggshell):
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
1 or 2 teaspoons of lukewarm water

With a large spoon put the egg in chocolate sauce.
Chocolate eggs put on a baking sheet.

For the decoration of eggs / optional:
pollen grains
chopped almonds (or chopped cashews, or other chopped nuts)
coconut sugar
cocoa powder
ground carob
peruvian maca powder (yellow or green)
coconut
cinnamon
sesame
chocolate chips
grated lemon
flowers (daisy, dandelion, lilac, leaves of lilac tree )
or other decorations

                Eggs left in the fridge for 15 minutes minimum.


                                 Inside the egg:

                       Decorate eggs with flowers. For example: make chain of daisies.
