  • 250 gr millet flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup water (or more, to make compact mass)
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. 

  2. Make a compact mass and bake on the device for waffles.
  3. Millet flour does not contain gluten.
Recipe Notes:

* Serve with avocado mousse, jam of chia seeds and strawberries, or with maple syrup, honey, etc.
