ALMOND MILK WITH YELLOW MACA & PISTACHIOS

Time: 5-10 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:
• 2 cups lukewarm almond milk
• ½ ripe bananas
• 2 medjool dates (cleaned, peeled)
• 1/2 teaspoon yellow maca powder
• 1 teaspoon maple syrup
• several pistachios
• optional: vanilla powder

FOR DECORATION:
• several pistachios
• two or three almonds
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon

PREPARATION:
Separated pistachios for decoration. In a blender mix: 2 cups almond milk, ½ banana, 2 medjool dates (cleaned, peeled), 1/2 teaspoon yellow maca powder, a few pistachios, 1 teaspoon maple syrup. Mix ingredients few minutes in a blender.
Pour into cups and decorate with chopped pistachios, chopped almonds and cinnamon.
