- 200 gr of raw cashew (Indian nut)
- 3 medjool dates (without pits)
- lukewarm, filtered water
- spices: cinnamon and nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract or vanilla bean
Dip the cashew and leave it dipped overnight.
Put it in a blender, along with water, add vanilla, three fresh dates (without pits), cinnamon and a bit of nutmeg.
Filter the grinded cashew through a thick strainer.
Pour in a cup and sprinkle with cinnamon.
