Ingredients:
  • 200 gr of raw cashew (Indian nut)
  • 3 medjool dates (without pits)
  • lukewarm, filtered water
  • spices: cinnamon and nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract or vanilla bean
Instructions:
  1. Dip the cashew and leave it dipped overnight.  

  2. Put it in a blender, along with water, add vanilla, three fresh dates (without pits), cinnamon and a bit of nutmeg.

  3. Filter the grinded cashew through a thick strainer.
  4. Pour in a cup and sprinkle with cinnamon.
