- 1 mango
- 1,5 ripe banana
- 1,5 cup (middle-sized cup) raspberry
- 2 or 3 tablespoons hemp seeds (Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts)
- 1 large cup coconut-almond milk (lukewarm)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons raw lucuma powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Peel and cut banana.
Peel and cut mango.
Put the banana and mango into the blender.
Add washed raspberries, maple syrup, hemp seeds, cinnamon, lucuma powder and coconut-almond milk (lukewarm).
Mix for a few minutes.
Pour into cups and serve.
