- 1 cup almonds
- 6 medjool dates (soaked and pitted)
- 1 cup lukewarm, filtered water
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon rice milk powder (optional); for creamy taste
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Make almond milk: 1 cup almonds + 1 cup lukewarm water. Mix in the blender and proceed through the strainer.
Homemade almond milk pour into the blender. Add 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, 6 medjool dates (soaked and pitted), 1/4 cinnamon, 1 tablespoon rice milk powder. Mix for a few minutes until it becomes smooth and warm.
Pour into cups and drink warm.
