RAW PINK ALMOND MILK

Time: 10 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:
• 150-200 grams of almonds
• 1 (smaller or medium-size) beetroot
• 5 fresh medjool dates
• 1 tablespoon maple syrup
optional: 1/3 vanilla extract

PREPARATION:
Almonds soak overnight. In the morning, grind almonds in blender with 200 ml of lukewarm water, add 5 fresh medjool dates (without peel, cleaned), and add 1 tablespoon of maple syrup. Mix in a blender for several minutes.
Strain almond milk through a strainer or nut milk bag. Pour almond milk in blender.
Beetroot peel, wash, cut into cubes and add in blender with almond milk. Mix for a few minutes.
Strain through a strainer or nut milk bag, pour into glasses and drink.
