Bananas, Spinach, Lettuce and Yellow Maca ~ Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 2-3 ripe bananas
- 1 head of fresh lettuce
- a handful of spinach
- 2 fresh soft medjool dates (cleaned, peeled)
- 1/2 teaspoon yellow maca powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions:

Wash 1 head of fresh lettuce and spinach.

Wash and clean the medjool dates, peeled.

Put in a blender.

Add ½ teaspoon yellow maca and ½ teaspoon cinnamon.

Mix a few minutes.

Pour into glasses.
