Ingredients:
  • 1 cup of cooked grain wheat (or more)
  • 1 or 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 2 or 3 tbsp bread crumbs
Instructions:
  1. Mix with spoon all ingredients.

Optional:
  1. Drink with hot rice milk; (or rice milk with 1 tsp cocoa powder).
