Ingredients:
  • 1 cup of quinoa
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • one handful of blueberry
Instructions:
  1. Cook short quinoa in hot water for 10-15 minutes, or leave immersed in a jug for some time / night in the fridge until it swells.

  2. Add 1 tbsp of lemon juice.

  3. Add washed blueberries.
