  • 1 cup rice milk
  • 1 teaspoon coconut protein
  • 1 teaspoon organic cocoa powder
Instructions:
  1. In hot rice milk, add 1 teaspoon coconut protein and 1 teaspoon cocoa powder.

COCONUT CHIPS


• Sliced fresh coconut with peeler to make coconut chips.
• Mix lime zest, lime juice and 1/2 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar.
• Add coconut and 2 tablespoons water (or more).

• Mix with spatula. Leave for about 10 minutes.

• Prepare for dehydration.

 • In one part coconut chips add cinnamon powder, coriander powder, nutmeg powder and coconut sugar. Grind the coconut sugar in a coffee grinder to get coconut powder.

• 
In other part add salt, onion powder, cayenne pepper (or chili powder).

• Coconut chips after dehydration.

For sweet coconut chips:
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder (or less)
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder (or less)
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg powder (or less)
  • 1 teaspoon coconut sugar (powder)
For salt coconut chips:
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or chili powder)
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder (or more)
  • sea salt
Instructions:

RAW CARROT HUMMUS

Ingredients:
  • 4 carrots
  • 3 Tablespoons raw sesame hummus (See recipe for Hummus in Notes)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cummin
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 or 3 teaspoons of filtered water
Instructions:
  1. Wash, peel and chop the carrots.

  2. Make raw sesame humus (if you have not done it before). Click on this recipe, link: Raw Sesame Hummus to make hummus.

  3. Put the carrots in the food processor. If you have not a very strong food processor, it's better to put the carrots in the blender. Blend carrots.

  4. Transfer carrots to the food processor, add 3 tablespoons of raw hummus sesame, ground cummin, coriander powder, sea salt.

  5. Process until it becomes smooth.

  6. Mix with spatula several times.

  7. Continue mixing in the food processor until smooth (about 5 minutes).

  8. Add two or three tablespoons of water, if it need.
  9. Decorate with carrots.

  10. Serve with pieces of chopped cucumber.

* This way you get a completely healthy, natural humus without oil. It can be served as dinner with cucumbers, or as a sauce for dehydrated crackers.

  • 2 cups of sunflower seeds (raw)
  • 2 tablespoons pure dark maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 or 2 Tbsp water (optional, if need)
Instructions:
  1. Grind sunflower seeds in the food processor.

  2. Add maple syrup.

  3. Add coriander powder and cinnamon.

  4. Add tablespoon water (if need).

  5. Transfer the sunflower butter to a small glass container and put in fridge.

  6. This prepared butter can stand in the refrigerator for 7 days.

Recipe Notes:

* If you like a liquid butter, add a spoon of water.
When I made the sunflower butter, I made a little stronger (less liquid).

* Sunflower butter is necessary several times grind in the food processor.

* If necessary (if you have a weaker food processor), you can use an electric coffie grinder for grinding sunflower seeds. This helps the process to take a shorter time.

  • 200 gr brown mushrooms
  • 6 yellow peppers *or in another color
  • 1 cup of colorful quinoa
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 onion
  • 1/4 sea salt
  • 1/4 oregano spice
  • optional: tomato sauce *or other sauce
  • optional: olive oil *or coconut oil
Instructions:
  1. Quinoa wash and dry from water.

  2. Wash the paprika, cut it in half and bake them on the grill about 10 minutes (shortly).


  3. In a large pot fry the chopped onions, mushrooms, zucchini. Add oregano and salt.

  4. Add quinoa and mix all ingredients with wooden spoon.

  5. Fill peppers with quinoa and other ingredients. 

Recipe Notes:

* Fil can also be used for filling zucchini.

BUCKWHEAT WITH MEDJOOL DATES SAUCE

  • 1 cup of medjool dates, soft and pitted
  • 1 large cup of organic grain buckwheat
  • 1/4 cup of sunflower butter
  • 1 teaspoon of rice milk (of other milk of your choice)
  • 1/4 teaspoons of sea salt
  • 1/4 coriander powder
  • water
For medjool dates sauce:
  • 1 cup medjool dates
  • 1 cup hot rice milk (or other milk of your choice)
  • 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup hot water (if need)
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions:
  1. 1 cup of buckwheat left in the water overnight. 
    Next day, dry buckwheat from water in a dehydrator.
    Medjool dates let 1 hour in the water. Peel and clean medjool dates.

  2. Grind medjool dates in the food processor, add sunflower butter, rice milk, sea salt, coriander powder. It should be thick. 

  3. Extract the mass in a large bowl. Add buckwheat. 

  4. Put nylon bags on your hands and make compact mass.

  5. Place in a baking sheet and leave in the fridge for one hour. Cut the cubes and put in a dehydrator to dry (for several hours). More hours are better, because it is crunchy.

  6. Eat the buckwheat cubes together with the sauce. Soak the buckwheat cookies in medjool dates souce.

For medjool dates sauce:
  1. Mix all ingredients for sauce for 3-4 minutes in food processor.

Recipe Notes:

* Also, you can add a raw liquid chocolate on buckwheat and put in a refrigerator.
* Very tasty for breakfast and snack.

  • 1 cup of chamomile tea
  • 1 cup of rice milk (or your favorite non-dairy milk)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Instructions:
  1. Cook chamomile tea. Prepare rice milk (or your favorite non-dairy milk).

  2. Pour half a cup of chamomile tea, and add half a cup rice milk.

  3. Add 1/3 teaspoon coriander powder, ¼ teaspoon cinnamon and tablespoon of maple syrup.

  4. Mix with a spoon and drink warm.
Recipe Notes:

* If you like this taste and raw milks, also you can make and  Chocolate Hazelnut milk.

Ingredients:
  • 2 handfuls of baby spinach
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 1 cup of integral oat flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 1/2 cup of filtered water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
  1. Pour integral oat flour into a large bowl, add salt, baking soda, turmeric powder, water. Mix.

  2. Spinach washed, massaged and finely chopped, added to the bowl.
  3. Wash parsley, finely chop and add in a bowl.
  4. Mix all together with a wooden spoon.
  5. Pour ½ teaspoon olive oil into a pan and bake thin pancakes.
  6. These pancakes are best served for breakfast. Serve with avocado, tomato or other vegetables.
Recipe Notes:

* Pancakes should be thin.
