Ingredients:
  • 7 or 8 fresh asparagus
  • 2 cups of fresh spinach
Salad dressing:
  • 1/2 lemon (lemon juice)
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
For decoration:
  • 1 handfull hemp hearts (Manitoba Hemp Hearts)
Instructions:
  1. Wash the asparagus and cut it into 4 parts.
    Part with root separate (discard).

  2. Wash spinach.
  3. Pour spinach and asparagus into a large bowl.

  4. Pour over the asparagus salad dressing.

  5. Decorate with hemp hearts (Manitoba Hemp Hearts).

  6. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 2 large cups wild rocket (arugula)
  • 1/2 leek
  • 1 fresh red pepper
  • 1 sheet of nori-algae (optional)
Salad Dressing:
  • 2 tablespoons sesame tahini
  • 3 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon water
For decoration:
  • 1 handful dehydrated buckwheat (soaked over night and dehydrated) (optional)
Instructions:
  1. Slice the leek into rings and discard the root end. Wash red pepper and cut into cubes. Cut an avocado. Wash wild rocket (arugula) and cut. Put all the ingredients in a large salad bowl.

  2. Optional: 1 sheet of nori-algae cut with kitchen scissors into cubes. Add to salad. Mix salad. 

  3. Make a salad dressing: 2 tablespoons of sesame tahini, 3 teaspoons of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and 1 tbsp water. Pour salad dressing over salad.

  4. Optional decoration: decorate with buckwheat (soaked over night and dehydrated).

  5. Enjoy

WAKAME WITH CUCUMBERS AND BLACK OLIVES

Ingredients:
  • 1 fresh cucumber
  • 1 alga wakame
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon of sesame seeds
  • a pair of chopped black olives (greek black olives)
Instructions:
  1. Cut wakame with kitchen scissors

  2. Wash wakame and soak for 5-10 minutes.

  3. Drain it after 5 minutes.

  4. Cucumber cut on very thin slices.
  5. Add cucumber in wakame salad.

  6. Add a teaspoon of soy sauce, a few chopped black olives, and 1/2 tablespoon of sesame seeds.

  • 1,5 cup of couscous
  • 1 can of beans
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 fresh tomato
  • 1 fresh cucumber
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
Instructions:
  1. Couscous in the water leave for 10 minutes.

  2. Strein couscous.
  3. Add chopped vegetables (red onion cut into thin leaves).

  4. Add in a bowl and mix with a wooden spoon.

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • pinch of salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 lemon juice
Instructions:
  1. Cut the avocado into cubes. 

  2. Wash tomatoes and baby spinach. 

  3. Tomato cut and add to the salad. 
  4. Add spinach and mix with a wooden spoon.

  5. Add salt, pepper and lemon juice.

RAW KETCHUP

Time: 20 minutes.
~ for lunch, for snacks…

INGREDIENTS:

2 cup of dehydrated tomatoes or dried in the sun
1 fresh, ripe tomato (medium-size)

PREPARATION:
This is all that is needed to make ketchup, when milled in the processor for the food tastes like ketchup. If you like more piquant taste, you can add:

1 medjool dates (peeled and cleaned)
1 teaspoon of apple vinegar
tablespoon onion powder
pinch of salt

Pour into a small jar and can be kept in the refrigerator for several days.
You can serve ketchup with raw vegan burgers or other food.

SALAD WITH ORANGES, LETTUCE, AVOCADO, PUMPKIN SEEDS AND MUSTARD

INGREDIENTS:
2 oranges
2 handfuls of lettuce
1/4 ripe avocado
1 teaspoon mustard (vegan)
1/2 lemon juice
1/2 orange juice
very few pumpkin seeds
optional 1/3 teaspoon olive oil
very little black pepper

Lettuce washed and cut. Add 1 chopped orange. Add 1/4 chopped avocado.
Add 1/2 orange juice. With a spoon for salad mix all ingredients

SALAD DRESSING:
1/2 orange juice
1/2 lemon juice
1 teaspoon of mustard (vegan)
1/3 teaspoon olive oil
Mix everything with wire and pour over the salad and mix

RAW ZUCCHINI ROLLS

Time: 15 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:
1 large zucchini, or more
1 ripe avocado
2 cloves garlic
1 fresh red pepper
1 handful parsley
1 teaspoon lemon
celery salt (or sea salt)

PREPARATION:
Peel and mash the avocado with a fork. Add 2 cloves finely chopped garlic and a handful of parsley. Finely chop the pepper. Separate part of pepper for decoration. In the avocado mixture, add finely chopped pepper, 1 teaspoon lemon, celery salt (or sea salt).
Clean with peeler zucchini. Cut into thin slices (using peeler).
On the slices of zucchini put spread avocado mixture. Rolled up slices of zucchini. Close zucchini roll with a toothpick.
From above put a little chopped fresh pepper.
Remove the toothpicks before eating.
