Beetroot, Bananas, Mint Ice Cream
Cuisine: Raw, Vegan
- 1 beet (washed, peeled)
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 tablespoons raspberries
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
- 1 hand of dried mint leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Wash and peel the beetroot, cut it on the cubes. In the food processor, grind a beet. Add all other ingredients and mix for a few minutes.
Decorate with raspberries and mint leaves.
