Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cups of oat flakes
  • 1 or 2 teaspoons of chia seed
  • 10 almonds (in one jar)
  • 1/3 cup of rice milk or your favorite non-dairy milk)
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • 1/3 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 handful of blueberries (it’s better with blueberries). (I used blackberries that I had at the moment).
Instructions:
  1. Pour into a jar: first oat flakes, chia seeds and other ingredients.


  2. Optionally: chopped black chocolate or make chocolate with a teaspoon of maple syrup and 1 tablespoon of organic cocoa powder. Home made chocolate should be liquid. 
  3. Leave overnight in the fridge. 
  4. The next morning you can eat. 
Recipe Notes:

* It can stay in the fridge for 2 days.
