Vegan Chia Pudding With Cocoa Nibs

Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 2 soft medjool dates (cleaned, peeled dates)
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 2 teaspoon cocoa powder
- lukewarm, filtered water
Instructions:

Chop 2 ripe bananas, ½ ripe avocado, add 2 medjool dates (cleaned, peeled medjool dates), 2 teaspoon cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon chia seeds and ½ cup lukewarm water filtered.
Sprinkle pudding with cocoa nibs.

All the ingredients are blended together in a blender.

Pour pudding into a large wine glass.

Sprinkle pudding with cocoa nibs.
Cocoa Nibs ~ for decoration chia pudding:

1 tablespoon cocoa powder,
1 teaspoon of honey,
2 teaspoons of maple syrup,
a little vanilla powder and a little lukewarm water.

Pour the chocolate mixture into a zip bag. One end of the zip bag cut with scissors . Slowly extrude slightly ingredient on a tray covered with aluminum foil. Put in a dehydrator and dehydrate for several hours. If you do not have a dehydrator, you can cocoa nibs leave in the fridge overnight.
