- 1/3 cup of oat flakes
- 1/2 chopped banana
- 1 handful of hazelnuts
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- 1 or 2 tablespoons gojy berries
- 1 or 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 1/2 (or less) coconut-almond milk
- 1 tablespoon organic raw cocoa
Put oatmeal in a jar. Add chia seeds, 1/2 chopped banana, chopped hazelnuts, gojy berries, 1 tablespoon organic raw cocoa, maple syrup and coconut-almond milk.
Put in the fridge overnight and eat for breakfast.
* Raw homemade chocolate may also be optionally added.
