Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup of oat flakes
  • 1/2 chopped banana
  • 1 handful of hazelnuts
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1 or 2 tablespoons gojy berries
  • 1 or 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 1/2 (or less) coconut-almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon organic raw cocoa
Instructions:
  1. Put oatmeal in a jar. Add chia seeds, 1/2 chopped banana, chopped hazelnuts, gojy berries, 1 tablespoon organic raw cocoa, maple syrup and coconut-almond milk.

  2. Put in the fridge overnight and eat for breakfast.

Recipe Notes:

* Raw homemade chocolate may also be optionally added.
