PEACH CAKE

Time: 30 minutes.

INGREDIENTS: 
Crust:
• 6-7 peaches
• 200 gr of walnut
• 200 gr of almonds
• 20 medjool dates, or more, soft and pitted
• 2 tablespoons of maple syrup

FILLING:
• 3 frozen bananas
• 3 tbsp peanut butter
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
• ½ teaspoon coconut oil
• ½ teaspoon cinnamon
• ¼ ground coriander
• pinch of sea salt
Decoration: 
• coconut, cocoa nibs & pomegranate seeds.

PREPARATION:
• Make crust:


• Wash and peel peaches and cut in one direction. Add peaches.



• Now, sort peaches in the opposite direction.

• Make filling with all ingredients for filling, mix ingredients in food processor. 

• a little mix with the spatula.

• Pour the filling over the cake.


• Add coconut decoration.


• Optional: make cocoa nibs with raw organic cocoa, maple syrup & coconut oil with zip bag. Put in the freezer overnight.


• Peach cake. Leave the cake overnight in the refrigerator.
