Time: 20 minutes.
~ dessert ~
- 100 gr of organic cocoa
- 20-30 ml of melted coconut oil
- 2-3 tablespoons of pine honey (forest or regular / or other sweetener of your choice)
- 100 gr of hazelnuts (50 gr of chopped hazelnuts, 50 gr of whole nuts)
- optional: a bit of vanilla bean
Melt the coconut oil to the extent of not being solid (put the oil on a plate above the pot with hot water in it), heat the water gradually and melt the coconut oil on a plate. Mix the melted coconut oil with a bit of hot water from the pot. Put the oil mixed with water in a cocoa and mix together. Gradually add pine honey, until the chocolate becomes liquid. Sweeten it with honey (not too much, the mass should not be too sparse). Add chopped hazelnuts, then add the whole hazelnuts (optionally: add goji berries, to your taste, or use just goji berries instead of the hazelnuts). Mix all the ingredients and put the chocolate in a freezer to stiffen. After the chocolate is stiffened, cut in bars and serve.
