RAW VEGAN COOKIES

Time: 20 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:
• 200-300 grams of medjool dates
• 100 gr cashews
• 50 gr walnuts
• 120 gr almonds
• 1 tablespoon maple syrup

 • Topping:
• 3 tablespoons minced cashew
• 1 tablespoon maple syrup
• 1 teaspoon coconut oil
• add a little soy milk or hemp milk

•  Decoration:
• 50 g pollen grains
• 1 lemon

PREPARATION:
Grind the cashews, almonds and walnuts in a food processor.
Medjool dates wash, peel and clean medjool dates, mashed and mixed with freshly ground walnuts.
Add 1 tablespoon of maple syrup and 1 tablespoon cocoa powder.

• Topping:
Mix 3 tablespoons of ground cashews with 1 tablespoon maple syrup and 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and add a little soy milk or hemp milk.

• Chocolate topping:
Mix 1 teaspoon of honey with 1 teaspoon maple syrup. Add ½ teaspoon coconut oil.
If necessary add a little water.

• Decoration:
Cakes sprinkled with pollen. Grated lemon rind and sprinkle cake.

Put in the fridge for a while.
