RAW VEGAN STRUDEL

Time: 30 minutes + 8 hours for dehydration bark.

INGREDIENTS:
• 7 red apples (5 apple for peel, 2 apples for the filling)
• 120 grams of walnuts
• 1 handful of raisins (soaked in water)
• 20 medjool dates (soaked in water) cleaned, peeled
• 3-4 teaspoon maple syrup
• 1 lemon
• 5 g of cinnamon

PREPARATION:
Basis:
5 apples wash, peel, cleaned and chopped. Grind apples in the food processor. Make apple peel with spatula. Put onto a dehydrator and dehydrate 8-10h. After being dried, dehydrated and turn the crust on the other side.

The filling for strudel:
Grind the nuts in a food processor. Grate the lemon and add the ground nuts. Dates and raisins soaked in water. 5 medjool dates cleaned and cut into cubes. The rest of medjool dates cleaned and grind in food processor, add 2.5 gr of cinnamon. Mix nuts with lemon add raisins (out of the water), drain, strain and mix with medjool dates. Add 1.5 teaspoon maple syrup. Stir. Put the mixture on the crust dehydrated apple (not to the end edge) and twist. Put maple syrup to stick. The ends of strudel add a teaspoon maple syrup. Strudel close with maple syrup to the ends of the stick. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cut into slices and serve.
