Time: 40 minutes + time for dehydration.
~ holiday dessert ~
1 package frozen blackberries
1 package frozen strawberries
1 handful of currants
1 handful of blueberries
2 ripe bananas
150 grams of walnuts
4 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon honey
3-4 teaspoon water
3 or more teaspoon coconut oil
2 teaspoon whose seeds
8 ripe kiwis
100 gr coconut
optional: vanilla powder
1. RED HEART:
Grind the blackberries. 1 tablespoon chia seeds soak in water and leave for 15 minutes. The blackberries added with chia seed. Gradually add 1/2 coconut and make a good mixture. Dehydrated at 39 degrees. It will be red.
2. YELLOW HEART:
Peel kiwis, wash and slice kiwis. Grind in food processor. Gradually add coconut and make a good mixture. 1 tablespoon chia seeds soak in water and leave for 15 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon whose seeds. 1/3 to separate and leave the cake. The rest dehydrated at 39 degrees. It will be yellow.
3. BROWN HEART:
Bananas + coconut + chia seeds. Dehydrated at 39 degrees.
When complete dehydration, make cardboard heart shaped with kitchen scissors and carefully cut out the heart. It will be brown.
FRUIT TOPPINGS OF THREE LAYERS:
1. Layer: Chocolate.
Cocoa mix with coconut oil, add maple syrup, honey, water. Make a good chocolate mixture. Pour into molds and leave in the freezer for several hours.
2. Layer: Kiwi
1/3 kiwi with + chia seeds + coconut.
3. Layer: Strawberries
Frozen strawberries milled with 150 grams of walnuts.
Leave in the refrigerator for several hours, preferably overnight.
Heart put on dehydrated heart. Garnish with cranberries and blueberries.
Cakes are best when they are in the fridge overnight and when they are cold.
