Ingredients:
  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 3 large strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 cup of raisins
Instructions:
  1. Prepare brown rice.   

  2. Raisins soaked in water for 30 minutes or 1 hour. Strawberries washed and chopped.
  3. 1 teaspoon chia seeds soaked in water 15 minutes (1 tablespoon of water).
  4. Mix all ingredients with a spoon.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon maple syrup and mix with a spoon in all ingredients.
