VEGAN CHOCOLATE BALLS WITH ALMONDS, GOJI BERRIES & PISTACHIOS

Time: 20 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:
• 150 grams of ground almonds
• 1 handful of medjool dates (cleaned, peeled)
• 1/2 grated lemon peel
• 1 handful of goji berries
• 2 tablespoons of maple syrup

CHOCOLATE:
• 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
• 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
• ¼ tablespoon of maple syrup

DECORATION:
• several finely chopped pistachios.

PREPARATION:
Mix the ground almonds with medjool dates and goji berries. Add maple syrup and 1/2 grated lemon peel. In a small bowl make chocolate syrup (1 tbsp coconut oil, two tablespoons of cocoa and ¼ tablespoon of maple syrup). Spoon throw cake in chocolate and rolled in a jar. Remove the cookies from the bowl with chocolate and drop them on a plate. Decorate chocolate balls finely with chopped pistachios.
