Pancakes With Strawberries

  • 2 cups of ground oats
  • 1/2 cup half milk from cashew nuts (or more milk from cashew nuts)
  • less than 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup or other sweetener
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1/3 teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
To make cashew nuts:
  • 150 grams of cashew nuts
  • 1 cup of lukewarm water
  • Grind in a blender and strain through a strainer.
  1. Grind organic oats in a electric coffee mill. Add less than 1 tablespoon a baking soda, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup. Make milk from cashew or use soy milk.
