Ingredients:
  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • cayenne pepper
  • sea salt
  • optional: rice cake, tomatoes and spinach (as an addition to the meal)
Instructions:
  1. Wash chickpeas in lukewarm water.

  2. Mix all ingredients in the food processor.
  3. Put on a rice cake.
  4. Serve with fresh tomatoes and spinach.
