Ingredients:
  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cummin
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • sea salt
Instructions:
  1. Wash chickpeas in lukewarm water.

  2. Strain chickpeas.
  3. Add cayenne pepper, cummin, finely chopped parsley and sea salt.
