- 3 large cup Chinese cabbage
- 1 plate of arugula
- 150 grams of peanuts ; or optional: cashew nuts (Indian nut)
- 1/4 teaspoon cummin
- Himalayan salt
- optional: 1 tbs olive oil / or with little water
- pinch of pepper
Finely chop the peanuts or optional: cashews.
Cabbage little cook on steam and very little olive oil. Briefly until it becomes soft.
Then pour in the chopped peanuts or optional: cashews. Tastes better with peanuts.
Sprinkle with ground cumin. Add salt and little pepper.
Add arugula on the plate.
