Chinese Cabbage With Peanuts

  • 3 large cup Chinese cabbage
  • 1 plate of arugula
  • 150 grams of peanuts ; or optional: cashew nuts (Indian nut)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cummin
  • Himalayan salt
  • optional: 1 tbs olive oil / or with little water
  • pinch of pepper
  1. Finely chop the peanuts or optional: cashews. 

  2. Cabbage little cook on steam and very little olive oil. Briefly until it becomes soft.
  3. Then pour in the chopped peanuts or optional: cashews. Tastes better with peanuts.

  4. Sprinkle with ground cumin. Add salt and little pepper. 
  5.  Add arugula on the plate.
