Ingredients:
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 100 gr mushrooms
  • 450 ml of soy milk (or hemp milk)
  • oregano spice
  • himalayan salt (or celery salt)
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil (optional / or water)
  • lukewarm, filtered water
Instructions:
  1. Finely chop the garlic, chop onions and mushrooms.

  2. In a frying pan with a little oil and water it cook briefly garlic, add onions and mushrooms.
  3. Pour into blender. Add lukewarm soy milk or hemp milk.
  4. Blended. Pour into a bowl. Top sprinkle with oregano spice.
  5. Serve immediately. Eat it with waffles with millet flour. Millet flour does not contain gluten.
