Winter Creamy Soup

- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion
- 100 gr mushrooms
- 450 ml of soy milk (or hemp milk)
- oregano spice
- himalayan salt (or celery salt)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil (optional / or water)
- lukewarm, filtered water
Finely chop the garlic, chop onions and mushrooms.
In a frying pan with a little oil and water it cook briefly garlic, add onions and mushrooms.
Pour into blender. Add lukewarm soy milk or hemp milk.
Blended. Pour into a bowl. Top sprinkle with oregano spice.
Serve immediately. Eat it with waffles with millet flour. Millet flour does not contain gluten.
