Ingredients:
  • a few potatoes
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 handfuls of arugula
  • cayenne paprika
  • 1 tbsp vegan peanut butter (or more)
Instructions:
  1. Enroll potatoes in aluminum foil and bake a little.

  2. Potatoes cut into slices, put peanut butter, put sliced avocado, put arugula, salt and pepper.
