• 1 ripe avocado
• 2 cups of raw peas
• a bit of himalayan salt
• Mix everything in a blender.
Wash the peas and dip in lukewarm water. Leave it dipped in warm (lukewarm) water for 5-10 minutes. Squeeze the avocado with a fork, if you do not have a blender, or cut in slices and put in a blender.
Put the avocado in a blender, add peas and Himalayan salt. Mix all together until you get a smooth mixture. If necessary, add two or three cups of lukewarm water to grind the mixture more easily.
With the raw peas prepared in this way, you can have salty dehydrated crackers or you can spread it on the rice waffles and serve it with some piquant sauce.
