RAW VEGAN BURGERS WITH KETCHUP

Time: 30 minutes + time for dehydration. 
~ lunch ~

INGREDIENTS:
• 200 grams of quinoa
• 400 grams of fresh spinach
• 1 cup of dehydrated tomato
• 1 tablespoon of hemp seed
• 2 small red onions
• 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
• 1-2 tablespoons onion powder
• pinch of sea salt

PREPARATION:
Quinoa previously soaked in water for 12 hours, change water and leave for 12 hours. Or cook quinoa 10-15 minutes (if you eat cooked quinoa).
Fresh spinach mash, put two bags on your hands and knead. Until it becomes soft.
Grind in a food processor quinoa, hemp seeds and spinach. Red onion cut into slices, and keep 1 hour soaked in water with 1 tablespoon salt, add a 1 teaspoon lemon juice (1 h to be soften). Add two or three slices of onion in food processor. From the rest of the onion make onion crisps. How to made onion crisps, see page: onion crisps.  Onion chips can be served with the meal. Add onion powder and sea salt in food processor. Blended ingredients in food processor.

Put bags on hands and make burgers. Put in a dehydrator to dehydrate few hours. (You do not need to be completely dry, they should be a little dry, a little soft). Burgers should be soft, not dry.

Serve on fresh lettuce and onion crisps.
