RAW ZUCCHINI ROLLS

Time: 15 minutes.

INGREDIENTS:
1 large zucchini, or more
1 ripe avocado
2 cloves garlic
1 fresh red pepper
1 handful parsley
1 teaspoon lemon
celery salt (or sea salt)

PREPARATION:
Peel and mash the avocado with a fork. Add 2 cloves finely chopped garlic and a handful of parsley. Finely chop the pepper. Separate part of pepper for decoration. In the avocado mixture, add finely chopped pepper, 1 teaspoon lemon, celery salt (or sea salt).
Clean with peeler zucchini. Cut into thin slices (using peeler).
On the slices of zucchini put spread avocado mixture. Rolled up slices of zucchini. Close zucchini roll with a toothpick.
From above put a little chopped fresh pepper.
Remove the toothpicks before eating.
