SOUP ZUCCHINI AND DILL

Time: 15 minutes.
~ lunch ~

INGREDIENTS:
2 small zucchini
½ ripe avocado
2 green onion
1 tablespoon lemon
pinch of ground pepper
2 tablespoons fresh dill
sea salt
pepper
¼ cup warm water

PREPARATION:
Peel, wash and chop the zucchini. Finely chop the green onion. Grind in a blender. Add avocado, a tablespoon of lemon juice, sea salt, pepper, paprika.
Blend. Pour the soup into bowls. Cut the dill and sprinkle.
Decorate with dill.
