Time: 25 minutes + freezing time

Servings: 2 or 3
• 2 bananas
• coconut milk or optionally: coconut milk from the carton
• a few ripe strawberries
• a vanilla bean
Cut two bananas, split in two, add a few ripe strawberries in one part, pour some coconut milk over, and mix in a food processor.Put the ingredients in a freezer. Use the spoon to make ice cream scoops, put them in a bowl and serve.
