- 1 fresh cucumber
- 1 alga wakame
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon of sesame seeds
- a pair of chopped black olives (greek black olives)
Cut wakame with kitchen scissors
Wash wakame and soak for 5-10 minutes.
Drain it after 5 minutes.
Cucumber cut on very thin slices.
Add cucumber in wakame salad.
Add a teaspoon of soy sauce, a few chopped black olives, and 1/2 tablespoon of sesame seeds.
