- 2 fresh zucchini
- 1/2 lemon
- 100 grams of sesame
- fresh dill
- himalayan salt
- lukewarm, filtered water
Peel the zucchini and slice two smaller cubes.
Sesame grind in a coffee grinder (2 x 50 grams).
Pour into a blender, add freshly squeezed juice of 1/2 lemon and a little cumin and himalayan salt.
Mix until the mixture becomes compact. Gradually add a little lukewarm water. Mix and continue until you get more fluid.
Pour dressing over salad.
Choped fresh dill finely and sprinkle over the salad.
