Zucchini Salad With Dill

  • 2 fresh zucchini
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 100 grams of sesame
  • fresh dill
  • cummin
  • himalayan salt
  • lukewarm, filtered water
  1. Peel the zucchini and slice two smaller cubes.

Salad Dressing:
  1. Sesame grind in a coffee grinder (2 x 50 grams).
  2. Pour into a blender, add freshly squeezed juice of 1/2 lemon and a little cumin and himalayan salt. 
  3. Mix until the mixture becomes compact. Gradually add a little lukewarm water. Mix and continue until you get more fluid.

  4. Pour dressing over salad.
  5. Choped fresh dill finely and sprinkle over the salad.
