Time: 25 minutes + time for dehydration.
~ dinner, snack ~

• 4-5 carrot
• 1 onion
• 2 green onion
• 200 grams of sesame
• 150 grams of flax seed
• a sprig of parsley
• oregano spice
• himalayan salt

Wash and finely chop the onion. Rinse green onions under cool tap water and remove any wilted or damaged tops or slimy skins on the white parts. Finely chop green onions. Wash and chop some parsley. Grind the sesame seeds and flax mill for coffee. Add 4-5 washed, peeled and grated carrot. Add oregano spice and himalayan salt. Mix it all together with a wooden spoon. Put two plastic bags on your hands and make a compact mixture . Make balls and spread  on a baking paper (or a baking plate) and with spatula make crackers.
It may be the thickness of a finger. Dehydrate on 39°C. After a while, turn the mixture over and dehydrate from the other side. The dried crackers removed from the dehydrator. Put humus. Crackers are the best with humus.
