  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 teaspoon red cayenne pepper
  • pinch of sea salt
  1. Make waffles with millet flour, recipe is on this link: Waffles With Millet Flour And Oregano. 

  2. Mash the avocado with a fork. Put on waffle, sprinkle with cayenne pepper and salt.
Recipe Notes:

* If you like, you can add baby spinach.
