• 1/2 kg of integral flour (I use Vega whole wheat flour because it’s best, manufacturers have not changed the process of making it for 15 years)
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• mineral water “Minaqua”
• 1 teaspoon of olive oil, for baking tray
Add 1 teaspoon of salt to 1/2 kg of integral flour. Mix it. Add mineral water as smooth as possible to dessert (as for pancakes). Using a kitchen brush, sprinkle with olive oil over the baking tray. Pour a spoon into each part for maffins. Bake 20 or 30 minutes.
