PROTEIN BAR

Time: 20 minutes.
~ dessert ~

INGREDIENTS:
• 50 grams of cashews
• 50 grams of walnuts
• 50 grams goji berries
• 50 grams of pumpkin seeds
• 30 grams of chia seeds
• 2 teaspoon coconut oil
• a little lukewarm water

CHOCOLATE TOPING: 
• 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1 tablespoon coconut
• a little lukewarm water

PREPARATION:
In the food processor grind all ingredients. Do not ground so much,  it should be crunchy. Put in a small pan, (on the pan put a little coconut oil). Over protein bar pour raw chocolate sauce. Leave in the fridge for several hours. Cut into cubes and serve.
