  • a few tablespoons raw humus
  • 1 head of fresh lettuce
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • red chard, lamb’s lettuce or Baby mix* (in supermarket; see notes).
  1. Wash lettuce. Close lettuce roll with a toothpick. 

  2. On lettuce put humus. 
  3. Avocado thin cut. 
  4. Over humus put thin slices of avocado and Baby Mix. 
Recipe Notes:

* Baby mix: freshly baby spinach leaves, baby beet leaves, matilovac, red batavia, green batavia.
* Before eating, remove the toothpicks.
