SANDWICH WITH BEETROOT AND AVOCADO

Time: 5 minutes.
~ breakfast, snack… 

INGREDIENTS:
1 ripe avocado
1 beetroot
2 cloves garlic
1/3 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/3 celery salt
2 handfuls of arugula
sunflower bread / or rice waffles

PREPARATION:
In food processor, grind the avocados, chopped 2 cloves garlic, salt and cayenne pepper. Put on sunflower bread and sprinkle with grated beetroot and arugula.
