Ingredients:
  • 2 parboiled potatoes
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 clove finely chopped garlic
  • optional: 2 teaspoon olive oil
  • lukewarm, filtered water
  • himalayan salt
  • pinch of pepper
Instructions:
  1. Two parboiled potatoes grind in a blender with 1/2 of lemon juice, finely chopped garlic clove, add (optional: oil) or lukewarm water, a little pepper, salt. 

  2. Mix until a smooth mass as mayonnaise. 
  3. Pour into a small jar.

Recipe Notes:

* It can be kept in the fridge for 5 to 7 days.
