AVOCADO MOUSSE WITH RED PEPPER

Time: 10 minutes.
Servings: 2.

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 ripe avocado
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• pinch of salt
• one half of fresh red pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon of ground cummin
• a little cayenne pepper

PREPARATION:

In the food processor mix the salt, cumin,  avocado, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, a little cayenne pepper,  to form a paste.

TORTILLA CHIPS WITH AVOCADO MOUSSE

Time: 20-30 minutes.
~ for lunch, snack…

INGREDIENTS:

• two integral tortillas
• 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1 tablespoon of water
• lemon zest – 1 tablespoon

METHOD:

Cutting tortillas on triangles

• Before baking: put a piece of tortilla chips in water with lemon juice, salt and lemon zest.
• Bake tortilla chips until it becomes crispy.

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 plate of baby spinach
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • pinch of salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 lemon juice
Instructions:
  1. Cut the avocado into cubes. 

  2. Wash tomatoes and baby spinach. 

  3. Tomato cut and add to the salad. 
  4. Add spinach and mix with a wooden spoon.

  5. Add salt, pepper and lemon juice.

SPREAD PISTACHIO & AVOCADO

Time: 10-15 minutes.
Servings: 2.

INGREDIENTS:
• ½ ripe avocado
• 70 grams of pistachios
• ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
• celery salt

PREPARATION:
Grind the avocado in food processor. Separate few pistachios for decoration. Pistachios grind in electric coffee grinder. Add ¼ teaspoon ground cumin and celery salt. Decorate with few pistachios.

This spread can be used for tortillas, crackers, etc …
