  • 1 large cup of ground almonds
  • 1 large cup of medjool dates (soaked and peeled)
  • 4 tablespoons hemp hearts (raw shelled hemp seeds)
  • 2 tablespoons organic raw sun dried cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons coconut
  • pinch of sea salt
For decoration:
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
Instructions:
  1. Mix all ingredients in the food processor. 

  2. Put the nylon bags on your hands and make the hemp balls.

  3. Raw balls roll into hemp seeds and put in paper baskets.

  4. Enjoy

* There should be about 20 hemp balls.

COCOA DRINK WITH VEGAN WHIPPED CREAM

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups of cocoa
1 box of coconut cream (from a can) or coconut milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
chocolate nibs for decoration

PREPARATION:
Cook cocoa.
Coconut milk put it overnight in the refrigerator. The next day, separated coconut milk by water.
If you use coconut cream, then it is not necessary to put in the fridge. Separated by water.
Mix in a large bowl. Mix slowly at first and more quickly blender, until it is concentrated in the cream. Cocoa should not be too hot. Pour into a syringe and garnish cocoa drink or use a spoon.
