  • 1 cup millet (cooked or soaked over night)
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup of rice milk (or more)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder (or 1,5)
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoon coconut protein (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or more)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar (or other sugar)
For balls:
  • 1 cup coconut flour
Instructions:
  1. Mix all ingredients in food processor. 

  2. Make balls (add coconut flour to make compact mass and roll them into coconut flour).

  3. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup of high quality popcorn kernels
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa butter (melted)
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (for popcorn; optional)
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon of coriander powder
For chocolate topping:
  • 2 tablespoons raw organic cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons of honey (or agave syrup)
Instructions:
  1. Heat the coconut oil and wait, cover the pot and make popcorn.

  2. Put popcorn in a large bowl. In the second bowl pour cocoa butter, peanut butter, maple syrup, cinnamon and coriander and mix. Pour over popcorn and mix with spatula.

  3. Put popcorn into paper baskets. Make chocolate topping: 2 teaspoons of cocoa and 2 tablespoons of honey make a chocolate topping and pour over the popcorn.

  4. Keep in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

  5. Enjoy!

  • 1 mango
  • 1/4 ripe avocado
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts (Manitoba Hemp Hearts)
  • 3 medjool dates (soaked and pitted)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon dark rum
  • 1 or 2 handfuls home-made chocolate muesli with buckwheat
Instructions:
  1. Put all the ingredients into the blender (except homemade chocolate muesli/without muesli) and mix for a few minutes.

  2. Pour into the bowl and add 1 or 2 handfuls of homemade chocolate muesli with buckwheat.

  3. Enjoy!

  • 1 cup of walnuts
  • 1/4 sunflower
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 100 gr of expanded rice
  • 2 cups of medjool dates (soaked and pitted)
  • 3 tablespoons black raisins
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Topping:
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup of cocoa butter
  • 2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 cup of coconut flakes
Decoration:
  • 1 handful of coconut flakes
  • 1 fresh coconut (coconut leaves)
Instructions:
  1. First layer: Ground in food processor: walnuts, sunflower, hemp seeds, medjool dates, expanded rice, black raisins and cinnamon.

  2. Topping: mix: cocoa butter, 2 ripe bananas, melted coconut oil, peanut butter and 1 cup of coconut flakes.

Decoration:
  1. Sprinkle with coconut. Cut the fresh coconut into thin slices.

  2. Keep it in the refrigerator overnight.

  3. Enjoy!

  • 1 fresh coconut
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 cup medjool dates (soaked, pitted)
  • 2 tablespoons raw organic cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons raw lucuma powder (or less)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon rum
For decoration:
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flakes
  • 1 handful homemade muesli with buckwheat or
  • 1 handful dehydrated buckwheat
Instructions:
  1. Mix in the food processor: avocado, medjool dates (soaked and pitted), raw organic cacao powder, raw lucuma powder, maple syrup and rum. Process for about 60 seconds. Put in one half of the coconut. 

  2. Decorate with homemade muesli or with dehydrated buckwheat and coconut flakes.

  3. Enjoy

  • 1 mango (peeled and chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup of coconut-almond milk
For garnish:
  • chopped piece of mango
  • 2 tablespoons mint leaves, fresh
Instructions:
  1. Combine the milk, chia seeds and maple syrup in a bowl  and mix with a wooden spoon until the mixture turned into thick. Leave 15 to 20 minutes in the refrigerator or overnight.

  2. Cut and peel mango fruit and blend into the blender. Previously, separate a few chopped pieces of mango for decoration.

  3. Pour the mango into the jar, then chia seeds.

  4. Decorate with leaves mint and chopped mango.

Recipe Notes:

* Also, you can transfer to a larger bowl and add more fresh leaves mint.

BUCKWHEAT BARS WITH OAT FLAKES AND CRANBERRY

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups buckwheat
  • 2 tablespoons homemade sunflower butter (see Notes)
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 cup of coconut-almond milk
  • 2 cups of oat flakes (organic)
  • 1/2 cup cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 10 medjool dates (peeled, soaked)
  • 75 grams of almonds (grounded)
Instructions:
  1. Dip buckwheat in water and leave overnight. 

  2. The next morning, wash the buckwheat with water and transfer it to a large bowl.

  3. In the food processor put soaked and peeled medjool dates with 2 tablespoons of homemade sunflower butter (see Notes). Add coconut-almond milk. Mix for a few minutes. Add the mixture to the bowl.

  4. Add oat flakes, sesame, cinnamon powder and cranberries.

  5. Put nylon bags on your hands and make a compact mass.
  6. Prepare for dehydration, put buckwheat on ParaFlex Ultra Sheet. With a spatula cut the cubes.

  7. After dehydrating about 3 hours, turn the buckwheat bars to dehydrate on the other side for the next 3 hours.

  8. Dehydrate for about 7 hours, at a temperature of 39 degrees (or until they become crisp). 

  9. Put buckwheat bars in a larger bowl.

* It is necessary to turn the buckwheat bars and dehydrate on the other side.

  • 200 grams of sesame seeds
  • 3 tablespoons of maple syrup (or other sweetener)
  • 2 tablespoons of organic raw cocoa powder
  • 3 or 4 medjool dates (soaked, peeled)
  • filtered water (if necessary)
Instructions:
  1. Grind sesame seeds in electric coffee grinder.

  2. Transfer sesame to food processor. Add 3 tablespoons of maple syrup and 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder and 3 or 4 medjool dates (soaked, peeled). 

  3. Mix in the food processor for a few minutes.

  4. Transfer the mixture into a large bowl, put nylon bags on your hands and make a compact mass. Add filtered water (not to much) if necessary.

  5. Put on a plate, cut into smaller pieces and serve.

  • 1/2 (or less) coconut-almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon organic raw cocoa
Instructions:
  1. Put oatmeal in a jar. Add chia seeds, 1/2 chopped banana, chopped hazelnuts, gojy berries, 1 tablespoon organic raw cocoa, maple syrup and coconut-almond milk.

  2. Put in the fridge overnight and eat for breakfast.
