Ingredients:
  • 1/2 large cup organic oat flakes
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 3 fresh medjool dates (washed, peeled)
  • 1 large cup rice milk (1 cup or less; or other plant milk of your choice)
For green toping:
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon matcha green tea (organic)
  • 3 tablespoons rice milk (or other plant milk of your choice)
  • 1 teaspoon of honey (or another sweetener: maple syrup, agave nectar...)
Instructions:
  1. Make rice milk (or use another: almond milk, oat milk, cashew milk...).
    Oat flakes sink with 1/2 cup rice milk. Leave 5 minutes to become soft. Put in the blender a banana, three medjool dates (washed and peeled) and soaked oat flakes. Add rice milk (
    not too much; it should be creamy) and mix for a few minutes.

  2. For green topping: Mix 1 tablespoon peanut butter, 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder, 1 teaspoon of honey and 3 teaspoons of rice milk. Mix with a spoon, make a smooth mass.

  3. Pour the first part into the bowl and pour the green toping with a spoon.

  4. Enjoy!

* This is a very creamy and delicious smoothie that prepares very quickly.

Ingredients:
  • 1 beet (washed, peeled)
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 tablespoons raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • 1 hand of dried mint leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Instructions:
  1. Wash and peel the beetroot, cut it on the cubes. In the food processor, grind a beet. Add all other ingredients and mix for a few minutes.

  2. Decorate with raspberries and mint leaves.

  3. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup of walnuts
  • 1/4 sunflower
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 100 gr of expanded rice
  • 2 cups of medjool dates (soaked and pitted)
  • 3 tablespoons black raisins
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Topping:
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup of cocoa butter
  • 2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 cup of coconut flakes
Decoration:
  • 1 handful of coconut flakes
  • 1 fresh coconut (coconut leaves)
Instructions:
  1. First layer: Ground in food processor: walnuts, sunflower, hemp seeds, medjool dates, expanded rice, black raisins and cinnamon.

  2. Topping: mix: cocoa butter, 2 ripe bananas, melted coconut oil, peanut butter and 1 cup of coconut flakes.

Decoration:
  1. Sprinkle with coconut. Cut the fresh coconut into thin slices.

  2. Keep it in the refrigerator overnight.

  3. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup of spinach
  • 1/4 cup of hemp seeds (Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts)
  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon hemp oil (optional)
  • 1/2 fresh lemon juice (2 tablespoons)
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cummin
  • pinch of salt
Instructions:
  1. Mix in food processor chickpeas and hemp seeds. Add washed spinach and mix for a few minutes. 

  2. Add garlic, ground cumin, salt, hemp oil and mix again.

  3. Put in a jar and hold in the fridge for 3 days. 

Recipe Notes:

It can be served with corn cakes as a snack.

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 6 medjool dates (soaked and pitted)
  • 1 cup lukewarm, filtered water
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon rice milk powder (optional); for creamy taste
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Instructions:
  1. Make almond milk: 1 cup almonds + 1 cup lukewarm water. Mix in the blender and proceed through the strainer.

  2. Homemade almond milk pour into the blender. Add 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, 6 medjool dates (soaked and pitted), 1/4 cinnamon, 1 tablespoon rice milk powder. Mix for a few minutes until it becomes smooth and warm.

  3. Pour into cups and drink warm.

  4. Enjoy

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 2 large cups wild rocket (arugula)
  • 1/2 leek
  • 1 fresh red pepper
  • 1 sheet of nori-algae (optional)
Salad Dressing:
  • 2 tablespoons sesame tahini
  • 3 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon water
For decoration:
  • 1 handful dehydrated buckwheat (soaked over night and dehydrated) (optional)
Instructions:
  1. Slice the leek into rings and discard the root end. Wash red pepper and cut into cubes. Cut an avocado. Wash wild rocket (arugula) and cut. Put all the ingredients in a large salad bowl.

  2. Optional: 1 sheet of nori-algae cut with kitchen scissors into cubes. Add to salad. Mix salad. 

  3. Make a salad dressing: 2 tablespoons of sesame tahini, 3 teaspoons of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and 1 tbsp water. Pour salad dressing over salad.

  4. Optional decoration: decorate with buckwheat (soaked over night and dehydrated).

  5. Enjoy

  • 2 tablespoons organic raw sun dried cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons coconut
  • pinch of sea salt
For decoration:
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
Instructions:
  1. Mix all ingredients in the food processor. 

  2. Put the nylon bags on your hands and make the hemp balls.

  3. Raw balls roll into hemp seeds and put in paper baskets.

  4. Enjoy

* There should be about 20 hemp balls.

POPPY SEED MILK WITH ANISE AND CORIANDER


• Leave 80 grams of poppy seeds in 1 cup of water (minimum 6 hours).

• Strain seeds through the strainer and mix in blender with 500 ml filtered (lukewarm) water. • Strain seeds through the strainer,  just press the poppy seeds  through the strainer, using a spatula or spoon.

• Pour into the cups.

• Sprinkle with anise powder and coriander powder. Use an electric coffee grinder for anise seed, to make anise powder.

Ingredients:
  • 80 grams poppy seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground anise seed (Use an electric coffee grinder for anise seed).
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 500 ml filtered (lukewarm) water
Instructions:
  1. Leave 80 grams of poppy in water for about 6 hours.

  2. After 6 hours, strain seeds through the strainer, place in the blender, add 500 ml of lukewarm water. Mix for about 5 minutes, first slowly, then faster. Mix until it becomes white milk.

  3. Strain seeds through the strainer, just press the poppy seeds through the strainer, using a spatula or spoon, pour into the cups, sprinkle with anise powder and coriander powder.

Recipe Notes:

* Optional: It can be sweetened with maple syrup or other sweetener (of your choice). I did not use any sweetener in this recipe.
* You can get about 4 cups of milk.
