Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup rice milk (or your favorite non-dairy milk)
  • 1 or 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon raw jam of wild strawberries
  • 1 handful of chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 tablespoon coconut flaeks
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon (or more) of liquid raw chocolate make raw chocolate: 2 teaspoons of maple syrup + 1 tablespoon cocoa powder & water, if need.
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Instructions:
  1. Pour into the jar first: 1/3 cup of oats, 1 or 2 teaspoon chia seeds, 1/2 ripe banana, 1 tablespoon jam of wild strawberries, 1 handful of chopped walnuts, 1 teaspoon of maple syrup, 1/4 cup rice milk, 1 1/2 tablespoon coconut flaeks, 1 tablespoon of liquid raw chocolate (or more), 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. Put it in the fridge, eat in the morning. 

Recipe Notes:

* It can be in the fridge for 2 days.

Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup millet
  • 2 cup of rice milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of ground coriander
  • 4-5 chopped medjool dates
  • 1/2 handful chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 handful pumpkin seeds
  • pinch of sea salt
  • optional: raisins & goji berries
Instructions:
  1. In hot rice milk, put the millet cooked, mix with the wire continuously, add one tablespoon of maple syrup and 1/3 teaspoon of ground coriander, pinch of sea salt. Cook for about 20-30 minutes.

  2. When the millet becomes porridge, pour into the bowl and sprinkle with chopped medjool dates (without skin), chopped nuts, pumpkin seeds, raisins, goji berries, etc.

  • 2 or more mini integral bread (recipe for integral bread, see Notes)
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 2 tbsp jam of wild strawberries
Instructions:
  1. Make Mini Integral bread, recipe is on this website, click here.

  2. First way: Mix avocado and cayenne pepper, and sea salt. Integral bread chop in half and put avocado sauce.

  3. Second way: On another mini-integral bread, put jam from wild strawberries.

  4. Serve with herbal tea.

Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cups of oat flakes
  • 1 or 2 teaspoons of chia seed
  • 10 almonds (in one jar)
  • 1/3 cup of rice milk or your favorite non-dairy milk)
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • 1/3 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 handful of blueberries (it’s better with blueberries). (I used blackberries that I had at the moment).
Instructions:
  1. Pour into a jar: first oat flakes, chia seeds and other ingredients.


  2. Optionally: chopped black chocolate or make chocolate with a teaspoon of maple syrup and 1 tablespoon of organic cocoa powder. Home made chocolate should be liquid. 
  3. Leave overnight in the fridge. 
  4. The next morning you can eat.

RAW PORRIDGE WITH MEDJOOL DATES

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 cup of buckwheat sunk overnight
• 1/2 cup of rice milk
• 3 fresh medjool dates
• 1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon
• a little vanilla powder (optional)
• 1.5 tablespoons of coconut sugar
• 1 handful of sunflower
• 1 handful of blueberries

FOR DECORATION: 
• 2 chopped medjool dates
• 1/2 tablespoons of sunflower

PREPARATION:
A cup of buckwheat overnight. In the morning, mix all ingredients in blender. Do not blend too much, it must be crunchy. Porridge decorate with chopped medjool dates (without skin of dates) and add sunflower seeds.
