TORTILLA CHIPS WITH AVOCADO MOUSSE

Time: 20-30 minutes.
~ for lunch, snack…

INGREDIENTS:

• two integral tortillas
• 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1 tablespoon of water
• lemon zest – 1 tablespoon

METHOD:

Cutting tortillas on triangles

• Before baking: put a piece of tortilla chips in water with lemon juice, salt and lemon zest.
• Bake tortilla chips until it becomes crispy.

VEGAN TORTILLAS

Time: 10 minutes.
~ dinner ~

INGREDIENTS:
• buckwheat tortillas (gluten free)
• 1 tablespoon of humus
• 2 handfuls of fresh lettuce
• 1 handful fresh arugula
• 1/2 thinly sliced cucumber
• 1/3 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• celery salt or sea salt

PREPARATION:
• All ingredients arrange at a lukewarm tortilla, humus first, then the rest ingredients. Tortilla can be wrapped in aluminum foil.
